Bill Clement named as Non-Executive Chair for Apex Financial Services
Apex Financial Services, a leading Financial Planning Firm headquartered in Atlanta, is excited to announce Bill Clement has been named as Vice President of Business Development. His more than 25 years of experience with consumers in insurance services adds tremendous value to the firm. Clement is a former President and CEO of the Atlanta Life Insurance Company. Before joining Atlanta Life, Bill served as the Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of Dobbs, Ram & Company, a FinTech company, which was a sub-contractor engaged by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to develop and maintain the IRS “E-Filing” system.
Adding to this depth of industry knowledge is Mr. Clement’s vast understanding of consumer financial pitfalls, having served as a Presidential appointee to the Board of Directors of the National Cooperative Bank, Washington, D.C.
